What is Organic Farming?

It means that foods are produced using environmentally sound methods that do not involve modern synthetic inputs such as pesticides and chemical fertilizers, do not contain genetically modified organisms, and are not processed using irradiation, industrial solvents, or chemical food additives. At Bake 425 our dough and sauce are always organic. Our Chicken is always hormone and anti-biotic free. When in season, we purchase produce from local organic farmers.

It means that we use meat from animals raised without the use of antibiotics or added hormones.
