Any of our pizzas can be ordered on a gluten free crust.
We have one size, a 12" pizza. We charge the menu price for a 14" pizza for all 12" gluten free pizzas. We take extra care to prepare our gluten free pizzas away from the traditional pizza making areas.
We use different utensils and sauce containers when preparing our gluten free products. We also have different color baking instructions that are placed on the packaging so you can be sure that the pizza you are enjoying in gluten free.
Our gluten free products are soy and dairy free and contain the following ingredients: Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Water, Potato Starch, Potato Flakes, Olive Oil, Sugar, Yeast, Salt.
